Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty
Nvision Source Technologies warrants to the original purchaser that our Products and Services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period and under the terms set forth below.
1. Coverage & Duration

Products: 1 year from the installation date.

Labor & Programming: 90 days from completion of service.

Extended Service Plans: As purchased (e.g., 3-year Platinum).
2. What’s Covered
-
Repair or replacement of defective hardware components.
-
Re-programming or re-commissioning of control system logic.
3. Exclusions
-
Damage due to misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, acts of God, or normal wear.
-
Consumables (batteries, lamps, filters).
4. How to Make a Claim
-
Submit a warranty request via Techsupport@nvisionsource.com or call (228) 383-0497.

Provide proof of purchase and job ticket number.
-
NVision will diagnose remotely; if on-site repair is needed, labor is covered under the Warranty period.
5. Limitations
-
NVision's sole obligation is repair or replacement.
-
NVision is not liable for lost data, downtime costs, or incidental damages.
This policy is in addition to any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

Sales Policy
1. The General description is contained in the attached document and related documents from herein referred to as the “proposal”.
2. The specific work to be performed by contractor is the installation of the specified systems as outlined in the Proposal.
3. The total amount to be paid by the owner for the performance (subject to change by written statement) shall not exceed the total specified in the Proposal.
4. A 100% deposit for materials must be paid before Equipment is placed on order. 50% of labor is due after labor has reached a satisfactory level. The remaining amount is due after work is complete. (unless other arrangements are specified in documentation)
5. Payment is due immediately after invoicing.
6.The contractor reserves the right to replace proposed modes in the case of obsolescence, discontinuation, unavailability, unforeseen circumstances or better product of equal or greater or less value upon customer approval. If product is of less value the difference will be credited back to the customer minus any fees incurred.
7. Time Frame of work will be relatively quick. Reasonable access should be given to allow work to be done as to not impede with any scheduled events.
8. Current system will be allowed to remain in place until system is complete.
9. Returns are permitted on most products within a window of time. Customer would be responsible for and charges incurred such as restocking fees.
